Return & Replace Policy

We want you to admire what you ordered but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

Return:

If your item doesn’t fit, isn’t what you expected, or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Tags must still be attached

Clearance or personalized items may not be eligible (we’ll always let you know upfront)

How to return:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (usually within 5–7 business days)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Replacements

Need a different size or received the wrong item? We’ve got you covered.

We’ll replace your item if:

You received the wrong product or size

The item arrived damaged or defective

To request a replacement:

Include a photo of the item and your order number

We’ll ship out the correct item at no extra cost
